RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All of our shears are warranted against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace any defective products and parts free of charge. However, we will not cover damages due to normal wear, misuse, and unauthorized repairs.

If you are not happy with the products you ordered from YamakoScissors.com, you may simply return the them for exchange or refund within 14 days from the purchase date. We will exchange or refund. However, the products should not be damaged or excessively used.

We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange, so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us. Please return to below address:

No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 14 days, but all repairs will be made free of charge for 1 year from the purchase date.

All exchanges and repairs are shipped via USPS priority mail. Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance for exchanges and repairs. Additional charges may apply for special services.
